Yes every month. Just realize that it take about 6 months for it to kick in. Work with your rheumy about weaning off the methotrexate after the orencia has kicked in.

I would love to come off methotrexate. It’s causing nodules on my elbows in fingers. Do you get infusions of the Orencia monthly?

It's been great. I've been on it for almost a year. I feel great. Have even stopped taking methotrexate. Just do the Orencia now.
