What does everyone do to manage their pain? I'm not on medication yet and I'm looking for any way to help manage.
Yes and I recently received my medical marijuana license so I think the cbd tinture helps to, especially with sleep and takes the edge off. I had a methypredisone injection a month ago and on mtx, I think methotrexate is starting to work as not hurting as bad along with the cbd and seems better so far. You can also get cbd without any thc in it at smoke shops without a medical license. Only thing is it is pricey! Does help though
The only thing that helps me besides prednisone (which I hate being on) is CBD, if you are able to get a medical marijuana card, or if it's legal where you are, I highly recommend it. I've tried some pretty big pain killers and they never help my pain. Good Luck to you!
Tai Chi practice. Remove all inflammatory foods from diet. McDougal's diet. No fluorides! Turmeric/curcumin and fish oil 3x a day.
You might want to try ice or heat on the painful areas.
Hi, I didn't want to get on medication but after being in pain I finally did and feeling better. Maybe you should ask your doctor to refer you to a rheumatologist to help you. They can explain the disease and answer questions for you to see what your options are. Get to feeling better!
