Toledo, OH

My ankle is very swollen and inflamed. Hurts to put weight on it.. would compression socks help? Anybody use them?

I would definitely elevate it and try icing it. Soaking in epsom salts might help as well. Most importantly I would get in touch with your doctor and see if it's RA causing it or something else. If it's RA, then it seems like you need a more aggressive treatment,.
