Severe tongue sores on any biologic

I’m back on Actemra after off it for 6 weeks for back surgery. My mouth is very sore again. Tried a 4 month period without any biologic and still had the tongue sores. Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance.

I had something my Rheumatologist called geometric tongue. I was put on a special mouth wash. It was called Magic Mouthwash. It was a compounded medication. It helped my tongue. It was very sore for a while.

I’m now on Xeljanx and no mouth sores.
