Get off the Metho.....go on some anti inflammation meds and see the difference. If you still have pain try some mild cortisone. Wishing you well xxx

Instead of thinning hair, mine curled. lol

I had to stop when I was on antibiotics also. Only side effect I had was some thinning hair. I have been talking it for a few years.

Only stop it when on antibiotics
