Has Any Tried Black Seed Oil?

Has Any Tried Black Seed Oil?

I was just reading that black seed oil 'might' be effective in reducing inflammation and swelling in people with RA.

Yes I tried a whole bottle of it. It made my joints swell more when taken oral. It also made me very sleepy. When I used the oil to rub on my joints it calmed the swelling and pain down. Very weird.

I use a small amount in my vapor and it seems to relax my inflamed swollen feet!. Actually seems to help better than my pain meds temporarily 🙃
