i had probs w/elevated liver enzymes while on methotrexate .... i hated Xeljanz; grew facial hair and always felt bloated and constipated....weird! i am currently only on Orencia and the liver enzymes seem to be staying down...normal. Ask your Rheum if she/he thinks this might be good for you too....All the best

Cymbalta is an antidepressant often used for Fibro. There are different types of Biologics that wont hurt your liver besides TNF blockers like @humira. Hope you get on one that helps! Never give up.

Unfortunately mtx isnt an option due to a previous reaction. Humira was fine but didnt provide my numbers a drop or much relief if any on my joints. My GP increased my Cymbalta today and im hoping that provides some relief

Biologics, excluding Xeljanz is suppose to be less harmful to your liver. There are many different types of biologics. When you were on the humira did he also have you on mxt or plaquinil? Maybe he will try another biologic that isn't a TNF blocker.
