Has anyone else had an increase in symptoms in the rainy weather we had this week? Mine seem to be magnified many times over with my hands being the worst! Also, my fingers and thumbs seem to be bending further out of shape. Add to that a trigger finger that balances my fork and I am a little exasperated!

Weather definitely affects how I feel. I am like a human barometer, I can tell when we have a storm coming. I have also experienced increased joint distortion with the stormy weather.
Yes, high pressure systems wreak havoc on my joints by increasing the pressure in them. But hot summer days do the same thing. I prefer winter because I can control how warm I get better then I can control how cool I get in the summer.
May want to talk to your dr about flares to get it under control. Also, have u been checked for OA in your hands?
I agree. The winter plays havoc on my muscles and joints. I need more pills and can’t wait for the spring.
Rainy and cold weather does definitely have an effect - I experience more pain and especially stiffness.
Good excuse to soak in a hot bath.
