I use some CBD deep tissue and joint gel called "Flow" just rub it on and with in 10 to 15 minutes is either gone. Or if a bad day it gets it down to a tolerable level.

I don't know if I would call it managing. When I'm having a really painful day I like to smoke cannabis, try to sleep for as long as possible, and hope when I wake up things have gone down.

@Robin21 Where would I find some (pharmacy, big box store, etc)? I'm in WI, where cannabis is not legal. I would really like to try the more natural applications.
