Good Evening!
I eat a lot of chewable Vitamin C every day- it really works for me! My husband was really sick for two weeks, to the point it affected his hearing, so I ate a LOT of C those weeks- 5-6,000 milligrams- it totally works for me! And the chewable is so much easier to take than downing those huge hard pills.

I take folic acid, it helps to keep me from getting colds, flu, etc.

Thank you, someone else has recommended vitamin C so I think it's definitely something that I need to add to my daily routine

My ra doc told me to take 500 mg of Vitamin C daily! Also I wash my hands when I have been out doing errands! I also wipe the buggies down at the grocery store! I carry sanitizer in my purse and keep one in my car! I use it religiously! I also wipe down my steering wheel down too! I know it seems excessive but I do everything I can because you know that when we get something it really hits us hard! My ra doc told me if I got sick to call his nurse and he would call me in an antibiotic because I cannot take my biologic if I am sick!
