Hi Brandy I don’t know about Orencia but I just gave birth after being on Humira for most of the pregnancy until last 6 weeks I was on prednisone because only in last 6 weeks does the medicine reach the baby. I gave birth to a beautiful and super healthy baby boy. You have a better chance of falling pregnant if you stay on your mediations. You may be able to decrease when pregnant as most people including myself feel better in pregnancy. However I didn’t want to come off the Humira. Afterwards I had a flare but took prednisone and went back to Humira. I stopped breastfeeding as I think that was affecting my hormones and RA. All in all it really was not as scary as I thought it would be and me and baby are doing great! Go for it! Wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy!
