I had the Bursitis in the knees as well. My doctor told me no basketball, racquetball, or running. 😞 so I walk 30 or more minutes a day and occasionally make it to the gym. It’s very hard to get moving but sometimes I just keep moving as much as possible to help decrease the pain. The Cannabis creams are helpful sometimes.

Was great to have validation for these horrible, painful, symptoms. Was prodded and pricked and Wanted to, in fact, did, Scream ,lol a few times! But, had cortisone + voltaran injections , now put on Tramadol and paracetamol, and voltaran , which is great relief! Plus 3mnths course of Cholooquine. Hope thats useful.
