Is There Any Medication To Help With Fatigue?
I need help with this constant fatigue. I can't get enough sleep no matter how many hours I rest. I sleep at work and have fallen asleep driving several times. Is there anything that would help? I exercise and drink water and all that jazz.
I agree. Sleep is a medicine that heals your body. Take valerian or melatonin or CBD.
I've had RA 34 years. Fatigue is part of disease. This past year I've used a tea of fresh Turemic and Ginger with pepper and drink it daily in morning. Really helps inflammation. Dr Weil Holistic Doctor from AZ recommends this in his website. I'm also using CBD Hemp Oil non THC for RA both oils and ointment I buy from Trew Balance along with vitamins and a herb Horsetail. Much better then drugs😃 I also do Xeljan XR every other day. Feel better😃
I take a B12 tablet sublingual every day. I never have fatigue. I take a lot of supplements, exercise and if you have problem sleeping try Melatonin. If you are not getting quality sleep, that could be why you are so fatigued.
I've had RA and Fibro for 35 years. Self help works. Stretches, walking, PT, vitamins and herbs with RA meds. I have been using organic CBD oil last 2yrs amazing. I use Cheefbotanticals.com 600 mg at night along with calcium and magnesium before bed. Lots of experimenting. Give some of these a try. Good Luck
Be sure you take B12. I take it in liquid. There are many forms of B12 including shots. It can help.
