I take fish oil twice a day. I take two different kinds. One is Mega Red, it’s a omega 3. I started several years ago then my Doctor added the Mega Red to help with my triglycerides and cholesterol.
I take Costco Kirkland brand 4 x 1200 mg per day.
That is very true Teresa. My mom's heart doctor told her not to take fish oil because she is on blood thinner
I used to take fish oil daily, but fish oil makes your blood thinner. This can cause a longer time for your blood to clot.
I take Krill oil supplements. I'm not sure that they help the RA at all though. Actually, now that I think of it, I can't remember why I started taking them. lol. Time for a revisit.
