Yes, I love it. I use it for muscle spasms in my upper and lower back. It makes me a touch sleepy, though.

No relief from baclofen

Yes I have an intrathecal baclofen pump that gives me a continuous infusion. It changed my life. I tried the oral med and it worked too but made me very sleepy. The pump is the best treatment I’ve had so far. You can get info about from a pain management dr.

Have not needed a muscle relaxant.
