Yes. Very good topical ointment. I have used it many times. I also like the Lidoderm patches. You can cut them and put them as big or small as you need where you need. The salonpas that you can get OTC aren't bad either. Good luck!

Ya dr said i cant take ibprofen, advil,ect while using the cream. I cant really tell if it works :/

I sleep in copper gloves at night . It helps a lot.

I have used the Salonpas and it helps.

I use prescription Pennsaid; is that the same? It stings at first! And for me it works ok, but I like the otc menthol type stuff better.
