If the headache or migraine lasts more than a week my neurologist gives me a dose pack of steroids and it's gone.

Ok this is off the wall. But I get in a warm lavender bath with only candles for light and I drink zero sprite with a shot of red wine in it low music playing in the background about 30 minutes and I end up feeling very good afterwards.

I take Hydroxychloroquine so I can't take Advil, my doctor told me to take Extra Strength Tylenol. It usually helps.

My cure is 2 extra strength Motrin and a cup of tea with sugar. I am guessing the caffeine and sugar mix with the Motrin is what helps it along. Works for me most days
