Rayos?

My doctor has prescribed me Rayos, an extended release Predisone. I had it probably 10 months ago but didn't tolerate it and I can't remember for the life of me what effect it had on me.
Anyway, has anyone taken this? If so, what did you think about it?

Isn't medrol just prednisone on a six a day, then 5 the next, 4 the next etc.?

Medrol is much more effective for me than prednisone.
