22.3 I wish. I won’t mention mine but my doctor did say watch your weight. 22.3 is normal so I would be overjoyed. Do you want to trade. Lol!

I’m currently sat with a BMI of 22.8, with a body fat % of 17.3. No idea if it’s good or bad, but I feel healthy and that’s the most important thing to me😀
