I take 6 methotrexate once a week and take sulphasaladine 1 tab in the morning and 2 @night. Otherwise I take 1(100) mg Celebrex twice a day.

I agree Nora. Fatigue all the time. Fatigue from the RA and from the meds.

Even with the meds I still experience flares....lower back, hands and shoulders. I think the fatigue is the one that really takes its toll......lower back pain and fatigue.....lasts for days at a time.

A flare to me is when you seem to suddenly feel worse. You feel more achy and tired. you may notice more inflammation. There's no warning signs.

Good to know you people have fatigue, I just figured I was lazy. No really, when I was first diagnosed my Dr. told me to lay down one hour every morning and every afternoon, didn't have to sleep just relax. Not easy to do with boys 4 and 2 years old, although the 4 yr.old was the best help I could have asked for.
