There are no symptoms most of the time. Mine were found by my rheumatologist when she was listening to my lungs. That has been about a year ago and the pulmonologist has been monitoring for changes via ct scans.

I have RA and ILT. The lung specialist told me I have a "ground glass" pattern in my lungs and scarring. My breath capacity is reduced about 25%. I have a handicap placard (love it), which helps. I hate stairs and hills. I'm 50.

I was coughing up blood and they did an xray. 3 doctors thought it was cancer. It was my RA nodules. I don't even feel they are there.
