Does Anyone Experience More Pain Mid-week?

Does Anyone Experience More Pain Mid-week?

Over the last few weeks my pain has been so bad on Wed and Thur to the point where breathing hurts and i can't sleep or move without wanting to scream.

Then on a Friday as if by magic i start feeling a bit better again, I can't for the life of me figure out why and wondered if anyone else had any ideas?

Thanks x

I find that I have more problems when I'm stressed and the middle of my work week seems to be the most stressful. However, I do seem to have problem about every other weekend when my son is at his dads. It's like my body realizes I have some down time and I completely shut down. I am stiff and in pain all weekend. I tend to sleep most of the weekend away. But if that's what my body needs to function well when I have my son with me I can live with it.

I hadn't thought of this before but yes. Wednesday and Thursday are bad. Weekends are better but this is probably because I increase pain and anti inflammatory meds. 😂

I've had RA for a long time and it is a strange disease! I can go up to five days feeling good. Then I may feel really bad for two weeks. It may effect my wrist and keep me awake for two or three nights then I sleep well one night. That's how RA effects you. You never know what is going to hurt or just how tired you will be from day to day. It takes a while to get use, if you ever do, to the different things that develop.

Yes thinking about it it might be a bit not stress and a bit of overdoing it combined with sitting in the same position at work
