I recently discovered Hemp Oil. I take a half a dropper full before bed. I rest well and have less pain and stiffness, the next day. And I bought it at a local pharmacy from the pharmacist and she checked on me after a few days!

Thank you Dale, it's a daily fight that nobody will truly every understand unless they unfortunately live it. So we have to find close friends to connect with on a daily basis that understands us and gets us. So that would be my recommendation to anyone who is struggling with severe anxiety or depression, I get it and understand it we all do. Find a bond with someone who is fighting the battle with you and you'll be amazed where you will be emotionally, physically and spiritually. It's just good for the soul .

All my flare ups are directly related to what I eat. It's not easy to detect at first since most of what we eat provokes inlflamation. All animal protein, and most fats whether animal or plant based, cause inflamation that apears the day after consumption and can continue at least two full days. The inflamation provoked by sugar and other sweetners like honey and syrups appear sooner and has a shorter duration in my personal experience awhich is confirmed by other ra sufferers I know. Strees inhibits proer food digestion and so the same foods, whether eaten and digested under stress or not can trigger more on less inflation.
Unless we go on a plant based, whole food, no extracted fats or oils, no sugar, or sweetnere or fruit diet for three days there is abig chance we will not become aware of ra's best kept secret. After two days on water orvegetable juices most people should begin to notice relief. If you want to discover the truth for yourself I recommend your refrain from consuming all animal based products and all oils for two days and then begin a two day water or vegetable juice only diet.
Once you become aware of this aspect of your ra, you suddenly realize the key to relief from pain is in your own kitchen.

Barometric pressure changes! I noticed several years ago that if a front was coming in, snow, rain ect. I would get sore and stiff in my joints a day or two before it got to Kentucky. When it gets here I'd feel better.
