My right calf feels like when you get a charlie horse and your muscle tightens up and i cant rub it out or anything. I took a hot bath. Any suggestions?

This may sound crazy, but if you have some dill pickles, drink some of the pickle juice. I never go without it in my fridge, lol...takes 5 to 10 min & cramps are gone. A friend told me to do this so next time my toes were uncontrollably curling & my calf had the worse charlie horse, ouch!...I said what the heck & drank maybe 1/4 c. I was amazed...the cramps went away & I was able to get some sleep. I've heard since I was told this that they give it to athletes for leg cramps...go figure. Hey, worth a shot!

OMG!!! I get that a lot; i walk it out and or soak in the bath. The more water you drink the less it tends to happen too!!
