Whats something to help bulges, feels of fluid/swelling of the knees? I have a bulge, almost size of a baseball on my knee. Ice packs?
You might have fluid on the knee. See your rheumy about it. If that is the problem, it can be drained. While painful during the actual draining, it gives quite a lot of relief afterwards.
