I have RA and OA and I find my appetite has decreased but I crave sweet things which I try to resist. Also I find I can't stomach curries or strong flavours anymore. Bland food seems better or creamy sauces. I do take Omeprazole for my stomach.

As RD not only effects the joints but also organs it might well be the stomach can be affected. I had over a year of feeling real sick when RD started and lost a lot of weight. Have been checked over in hospital, but they said my stomach was fine. :/ Nowadays I feel off on Mtx day and the day after; but do have sick spells randomly as well - luckily they go as quick as they come.

I get some nausea and some abdominal aches. It could be part of the disease. I was thinking my fibromyalgia or side effects of a medication.
