I gave up on conventional medicine after serious side effects and no results. I am now going to a biomedical clinic in Mexico who does immunotherapy and am a special diet from them. I do supplements, cranial sacral, acupuncture and other therapies. I am lookin for others to further my knowledge of this way of healing.

Melted wax gloves helps. Epsom salt soaks and essential oils are all beneficial. Supplementation on vitamins is always a good idea. All these things help but I can't recommend no pharmaceutical drugs as that can be very dangerous with RA
