I did salagen years ago and it did nothing for me, I've been on Evoxac for about 5 years and it's done wonders for my dryness.

Vivian, have you tried/can you get an OTC mouth wash called Biotene? Works great for dry mouth. I don't care for their other products, but I love that one.

well seems i cannott get the salagen, i live in northeast uk, no supplies anywhere .... waiting for my rheumy to get in touch with an alternative.
not getting dry eyes as such just a dry mouth and throat.

Salagen. I liked how it helped my dry eyes; however, it also increased fluid in my lungs. My asthma did not like it. Bummed.
