So I have a fairly new bed and it's a pillow top.. I have tried like the foam topers and pillow tops and everything..
My question is anyone have any suggestions, I don't get relief when I'm in bed, when I did PT they said that's not right. I can't buy a new bed I would love one of those ones you can control.

@A myRAteam Member. We got a temper pedic bed that elevates head and feet. We've elevated the head once. Couldn't sleep! Ha! Be careful what you wish for!! But we do love our bed!
This may sound funny, but I have a stuffed tiger that is just right to put between my knees when it hurts them to sleep on my side and under my knees when I'm on my back. It's exactly the right size and shape..
Getting a decent sleep is crucial when you have RA. Its worth spending money on a good mattress if you can afford it and a good pillow. Dunlopillo is good. Amitriptyline can also help at night to get you off to sleep and help with any pain.
they sell bolsters, like when you get a massage....that go under your knees and a wedge for your torso, to help prop you up? Would that help?https://www.contourliving.com/
I found this online...
When I was first diagnosed we took our tax return and bought a sleep number bed. I could not sleep if I didn't have this bed!! Changed my life! Only wish we had gotten the one that elevates your head also. Maybe next time. Definitely worth the investment.
