Members enthusiastically responded to someone looking for a diary app to track rheumatoid arthritis symptoms before seeing their rheumatologist, with several sharing specific recommendations including Track and React, My Lupus Log, RA Tracker, myRA, and Care Zone. Many members emphasized the value of tracking daily symptoms and taking photos of affected joints to share with their doctors, with one member describing how their rheumatologist uses emailed photos to adjust prednisone doses as needed between appointments. A recurring theme was the search for apps that are simple and practical rather than overly complicated, with Care Zone standing out for its ability to track symptoms, medications, and doctor information all in one place and export everything to PDF.

Care Zone is an app that I use. There is a journal, a place to list docs and their contact info as well as a place to easily list meds.

Track and React seems to be good, it was recommended to me today and I'm impressed so far.

I sort of keep a journal, but am realizing one needs a daily way to quickly assess flares, I have a really nice Rheumatologist, who likes me to send her pictures of my hands, elbows and ankles feet etc, if I am flaring, she then e mails me to up my prednisone dose if necessary, I do not abuse this system but I have found it works well.
