Care Zone is an app that I use. There is a journal, a place to list docs and their contact info as well as a place to easily list meds.
My lupus log is a good one...if you feel some type of way using this one there is a ra tracker app as well
Track and React seems to be good, it was recommended to me today and I'm impressed so far.
I sort of keep a journal, but am realizing one needs a daily way to quickly assess flares, I have a really nice Rheumatologist, who likes me to send her pictures of my hands, elbows and ankles feet etc, if I am flaring, she then e mails me to up my prednisone dose if necessary, I do not abuse this system but I have found it works well.
