I use VSL#3 and have for several years. The problem with most of us is candidiasis. VSL#3 helps, but it doesn't cure candidiasis, which causes leaky gut which leads to autoimmune diseases. I have been reading about NAD+ IV therapy. I want to try it but insurance doesn't cover a penny and it costs about $1100 per treatment (they suggest 10+ treatments).

No but it sure sounds interesting. Have you tried it and if so what were the results?
