I'm looking to talk to people in the San Diego area regarding weather and temperature as it relates to your rheumatoid ...I'm also interested in talking to someone regarding healthcare and hospitals in the San Diego area as well.
I've been going to The Institute for Specialized Medicine in Sorrento Valley, so far I can't complain. I'm in a far better place in reguards to pain and stiffness than I was back in February. I also do physical therapy once a week along with my meds and I find keeping in motion is my best friend. Laying around makes you stiff. as well as a positive mind set that this disease is not going to put me down
Ucsd Lajolla is where I started with doctors in 2002 when I was first diagnosed as that is where my mother went. I lived there at the time also. What is good about it is they also have the best of the best ortho and neuro doctors which you will also need, and then eventually heart and lung doctors perhaps. Oh and spine doctors are the best also. RA typically will eat up the tip of your spine at C 1 thru 3-4 and then the very bottom or last 3 which are ahh....I think T8-10 Ra will eat up middle spine but its not common.
UCSD in La Jolla!!
Thank you so much
