Bio-Freeze is the way to go. Works very well.

Celedrin is good...highly rated by people. I use it as a cream and they also sell capsules. You can find it on Amazon. It's supposed to help repair cell membranes in the joint.

I use Icy Hot myself. Some get a rub called Bio-Feeze from OT or PT or whoever u can find who has it.

Tiger balm works well but it comes in too small a container. I use roll on Icy Hot when my jaws flare.
