Cut out dairy, wheat, soy, gluten, and take supplements like D,turmeric, green tea, fish oil if dr allows. I'm not on a.y meds and it has really helped with pain. I live on turkey burgers, chicken(no antibiotics) coconut yogurt and ice cream, almond milk, and plant protein and of course lots of veggies and fruit. All Organic if possible.
