I have been on it for 10 months. By the 3rd infusion my blood work was improving and by the 4th my joints were feeling a great deal better. I had a little bit of vision change for about 2 hours after the infusion, but nothing huge. I have had no other side effects. I was not as tired on it as I was on Methotrexate and there has been no brain fog. Once we figured out the RA, the FMA was diagnosed and with a few trials of different drugs for that I am feeling good again. Good luck.
