Numbness In You Legs

I have a question for you all, anyone get a deep numb feeling in your legs when standing? Its not like sleeping on your arm funny when you get pins and needles. there is not a pins and needle feeling just the deep numbness feels like its amost to the bone.

I get that several times a day. I can't really feel my legs. I think it's more related to spinal stenosis.

I have congenital spinal stenosis too...I thought all my symptoms where related to the stenosis but I was very wrong...
