Does Anyone Know What This Could Be?

My temples and head feels like it's going to expload. Don't know what it can be. Don't even know if it's just because of the RA.

Not to scare you, but also wanted to tell you that the temporal arteritis can cause stroke, so be careful.

If you are having the worst headache at your temple area, it could be temporal arteritis. My mother has it and that's how it started for her. If it continues even though you take headache medicine, I would get it checked out. Like Kathy Parish said, it could be a migraine, but a headache at the temples that is a worst ever headache that won't respond to medication could be temporal arteritis (also called giant cell arteritis).

Sounds like migrane to me. They can be triggered by stress and pressure brought on my RD and Fibromyalgia.

I'm not sure but sometimes my eyes start blinking really fast and I can't control it. Then my hands will shake for no reason.
