I have the "tight socks" feeling in my feet. Also the nerve pain. I have started taking magnesium and B complex supplements at night. Also my husband gives me a foot massage and rubs Family Care Muscle and Joint Vanishing Scent Gel into my feet at night and I wear warm fuzzy socks to bed. It helps me a lot! We find the rub at the Dollar Store so that's a plus! Hope this helps someone!

I have neuropathy in my feet. I tried the drugs for neuropathy and the side effects, for me, were bad. Now, I just take Tylenol 3 for the pain. It doesn't get rid of the pain, but brings it into tolerable range most of the time.

I have a lot of numbness in feet and legs up to knees. I went to a neurologist. Got a nerve test that diagnosed neuropathy. There is nothing for it except seizure meds and I don't want to take them. Usually have it in morning when I get up and on and off during the day.
