I have been using carpal tunnel wrist wraps, but was wondering if compression gloves would be better. I saw some recently with copper i n them, don't know if that helps or not.

Members shared their experiences with compression gloves for carpal tunnel and hand pain, with most finding them helpful for warmth and pain relief, though opinions varied on fit and duration of effectiveness. Several members recommended specific brands like Tommie Copper and IMAK gloves from Amazon, with many emphasizing that tighter fits work better and that fingerless options allow for continued daily activities like knitting or typing. A recurring theme was that while compression gloves provide temporary relief, severe cases often require medical intervention, with multiple members sharing their journeys through braces, steroids, and ultimately successful carpal tunnel surgery that restored feeling and function to their hands.

I wear the Tommie Copper gloves at night and they seem to help me. I would recommend them to anyone that has hand pain. I have the fingerless ones that way I can still knit is I want to.

I have a pair with copper and they do seem to help with the pain in my hands. Mine are not real tight, but they provide warmth which feels good.

I love my compression gloves. I have IMAK gloves from Amazon.com. The tighter you can tolerate the better. I always get size small.

I bought a pair of compression gloves that I saw on an arthritis site. They are cozy and keep your joints warm. I like them...but I've found that just wrapping a smaller ace bandage tight around the part that hurts helps better than anything. I type for a living so am a pro at carpal tunnel and any pain in that area. I've tried everything. I even keep a small ace bandage in my purse for flare-ups while I'm out. :)
