I have pain in my toes and the ball of my foot. This is the first time that its been longer than 2 days in a row. How do you cope? Do I need to stay of my feet in order for them to get better? Please help
I wear 5-toe flipflops (ToeSox) to allow my toes to move laterally and horizontally, and the sole is made from the same material as a Yoga mat. This is a great cushion for the bone that's been subluxed in the ball of my foot. Other than that, Motrin and staying off your feet will help.
Hey @A myRAteam Member! I just read this question. Sorry, not so swift at the technology thing. I've seen the ToeSox shoes on Amazon, but I ordered mine from FootSmart.com. Hope it helps!
Epsom salt foot baths in warm water all the way up to your ankles can help - I do this regularly. Good luck!
@A myRAteam Member, try warm soaks, a nice pulsating foot bath is great, so soothing. Massage is always helpful. Hope it feels better soon!
This is an old post, but how are the socks?
