I have problems with my calves aching. The doctor said no clots, but at night it verys painful a Nd can keep me awake. The only thing they gave me was meloxicam. Would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and what was perscribed

My calves ache at night, and I try to use alternative remedies, so I find that tonic water helps, it seems weird, but it really does.

Could it be restless leg syndrome? They can prescribed a little muscle relaxer for it and it does help. Good luck

Bananas help with calves the best is semi-green. I have a lot of problems with achiness behind my knees, I take a Hycet elixir which is easier on the stomach than the tablets and much easier to control dosage so there's no problems with nausea.
