When I was diagnosed with RA, It was also stated I had elevated Lupus markers. My doctors treat me for both conditions, and take into consideration each the RA and the Lupus when coming up with a particular diagnosis.
I agree also because they mimic each other= I gave up trying to figure out which pain was from what.
I have fibro to ...and yes I find they seem to mimicked one another
