I started to fast from 7 pm to 10 or 11 am. I have found that when I fast some of my aches in my joints reduce considerably. I love to eat but once I fast for about 3 to 4 days I feel better. I do have breakfast at 10 am at 2 pm I will eat a protein and vegetable at 6 pm I eat some kind of soup. At 7 I’m done eating till next day 10 am or 11 am. I have to say I feel much better today. But that’s how by accident I found my pain level went from a 10 to a 4. BTW…I inject methotrexate once a week.
I hope you find relief soon. It’s hard to live with pain. Sending a virtual hug your way.
