Smart mouth contains xylitol and zinc. Xylitol increases the saliva. Zinc is good for gum and mouth care. It’s a tablet that you let dissolve in your mouth. I’m surprised how fast it works

Yes & sometimes my mouth is so dry it affects my voice & I sound like I have laryngitis or I can't even hardly talk or I sometimes even start coughing & my eyes water like I'm choking on dry air if that makes sense. My dental hygenist has suggested a mouth spray called AllDay dry mouth spray as she said it is affecting my gums some & is causing more tartar build up too. She said it is also safe for me to use since I'm a insulin dependent diabetic I have also been experiencing really dry eyes too & am going to talk with my Rheumy about these issues.

Smart mouth brand also has mouth wash, spray and toothpaste. I just like the tablets because I just put them in my pocketbook. I don’t know if Walmart carries the spray. Amazon of course has it all.

Thank you that doesn’t happen to me. That’s why I’m not sure if it’s truly dry mouth.
