Has anyone broke out into a rash? It on my neck, chest going up my checks and my forehead. It’s so odd. It is sometimes itchy. The bumps are little red and raised. I don’t have it anywhere where else. I have had it for 2 weeks now. I have attached photos.
Thanks

Did you get your rash resolved? When I break out it’s usually something I’ve eaten or touched. When I work outside I have to stay away from cedar bushes.
It could be a med or a combination of meds. I was just wondering if you can give me a quick cure. lol
I had to wear gloves at night to keep from scratching. It is so aggravating. I have broken out with shingles several times. The infectious disease checked me several times and would be positive for shingles. I finally was able to get the vaccine. It definitely slow that. I’ve only broke out one time since 2022 and it was mild. Just let me know what happened?
I have rashes off and on since diagnosed with RA. I take Zyrtec or Claritin while the rash is active. Benadryl cream or hydrocortisone helps. I also use ice packs when my skin really itches. All of this itching is just an autoimmune response.
Try to keep a journal of meds or foods. You might see a pattern. I took allergy shots for 5 years until I had blood clots. The allergy shots did help some. The RA meds cause this side effect also.
Have you experienced a rash with your rheumatoid arthritis?
Yes, rashes can occur with RA, and you're not alone in experiencing this. Many myRAteam members report developing rashes that are itchy, raised, and red. As one member shared, "I get a rash on and off. It itches and burns."
