Hi Carol2015 it supposed to cut sugar and processed foods that we shouldn't be eating. I'm just trying to get back on track and want to do it fast rather than gradual. 🤷♀️
I refuse to take steroids anymore. I have osteoporosis.....do to taking too much Prednisone.
Diet is a four letter word, I’ve never done it! I don’t even own a scale or know how much I weigh… I just eat what I want in moderation, good healthy foods. Good luck if you try it!
Barbara there was a study on anti inflammatory diets. The recommendation is Mediterranean still not DASH.
