A couple years ago I got Covid twice about a year apart. Both times I was prescribed Paxlovid. If you take it within hours (I think 72) of getting Covid it works quite well. So if you test positive request, and pick up Paxlovid to help with feeling better and seems to shorten time you have Covid.
