Yes Rinvoq is in the same family as Xeljanz Janas Kinase inhibitors very good in putting patients in remission.

I was on simponi aria for over a year. I should have had symptom relief for 5-6 weeks after receiving the infusion but I had no relief. It was a waste of time and money, simponi aria is $40,000 per dose. My rheumy stopped it and started me on rinvoq which has made a big difference in symptoms. I would say I have 65% symptom control since being on rinvoq however, I still have flare ups at times.

Hi Theresa. I tried the Simponi Aria Biologic IV Infusion & it didn't do much to help me but helps many other people! I didn't have any side effects from it either. My Rheumatologist switched me over to the Orencia Biologic IV Infusion which seems to be helping!
