A Warm bath with a cup of Epson Salts in it, followed by a power nap for up to 45 minutes can be very helpful if you are home based. Then get outside for 20 minutes in the fresh air & natural light, this can give your system a great boost. Try not to depend on caffeine drinks or sugary foods. If applicable try "grounding" which means getting your feet into nature either grass, sand or even dirt, to pull excess electricity out of your body. Keep hydrated & electrolytes may be needed. Listen carefully to your body. I have Ra & Fibromyalgia ( over 30 years) and it's a real balance of being productive when you can, & resting when you need to. How is your diet?.
